FUMCAH Witnesses for Justice on Fridays, 4:30 to 5:30pm in front of the church on Euclid. The witnesses will continue through October 30. We are focusing on encouraging people to vote and to be anti-racist. Vigil signs might include Vote; Vote Early at Village Hall; Vote In-Person or By Mail; Your Vote, Your Voice; Vote Your Values; Black Votes Matter; etc. Anti-Racism signs are still welcome.
We are encouraging people to vote, and sharing info about voting.
Vote Vigils are non-partisan. Don’t bring a sign for any particular candidate or political party to church.
Face masks and social distancing are required, as always.
Please sign up if in advance at link.fumcah.com/vigil to help us plan.
Please sign up each person in your party in a separate slot. Upon arrival, go directly to the numbered sidewalk space you signed up for. Bring your own water, wear a mask at all times, and remain socially distanced, even among people in your household. We stand on the sidewalk, away from the road.
