In March, the financial committee shared with you that our church's budget this year includes a planned deficit of $54,000. We came to this difficult decision after careful consideration of various factors including rising utility and staff costs, along with a decrease in income from space usage. The most significant factor is our decision over the last two years to invest in staff to address critical needs in our youth programs, online worship, and communications. As we seek to be transparent about our church's finances and trustworthy stewards of our church's resources, Kevin Conlee, Chair of Finance, will share a church financial update and answer questions.
