When: The parade is on the 4th of July, Monday. It starts at 10:00am, assembly time is 9:00 - 9:15am.
The route starts at the corner of Oakton and Dunton, proceeds down Oakton to Miner, East on Miner to Hickory Street. Meet us at Unit #35.
Parking: Park in the east parking lot of St. Peter Lutheran Church or the end of the parade route at Miner School Parking lot.
What to do, wear, bring: Mostly, bring yourself. If you want to do more:
We will be promoting our EarthFest on September 10, so bring signs saying things like: "Love the Earth," or "God made it, so we love it." You might bring a stuffed animal of an endangered animal or drape yourself in vines or carry some branches.
Ride a bike (feel free to decorate it) or walk.
Note: Do not bring super soakers, throw candy, or bring "propaganda" signs.
