First-Step Nursery

Infant Care in the Nursery (located on the main floor next to the elevator) Sunday mornings, 9:00-Noon

Toddler Care for confident walkers, Room 101 on the main floor,  9:00-10:30.  (Children move to the 2-3 year old classroom after September 1 of the school year that they turn two.)

We believe each child is a special gift from God. We continually strive to provide care that is safe and comfortable. Nursery and Toddler Room staff will rock, walk and play with children. Should a child become ill or inconsolable, we will immediately notify the parent or caregiver.  Feel free to request a pager. Children of all ages are welcome in worship; you may bring your child to the Nursery or Toddler Room at any time on Sunday morning.  Both rooms are staffed by trained and Safe Sanctuary approved child care workers who are assisted by volunteers.

Newcomers: Please introduce your family to First Step staff member and share any special concerns or requests. We invite all parents to work cooperatively with caregivers to help children become comfortable in their new surroundings. Parents are welcome to visit at any time and may stay as long as they wish.
